Audio : harē rāma harē kṛṣṇa

harē rāma harē rāma rāma rāma harē harē |1|

harē kṛṣṇa harē kṛṣṇa kṛṣṇa kṛṣṇa harē harē |2|

The vaidīka tradition is to chant line |1| first. Some others chant line |2| first.

All the words in this chant are in sambōdhana prathamā vibhakti.

hē harē, hē rāma, hē kṛṣṇa means : Oh Hari! Oh Rāma! Oh Kṛṣṇa!!

The “hē” or “Oh” is optional!

As I have presented the ikārānta and akārānta masculine noun forms previously, as well as the sounds ha, ra, and kṛ, I would like to present this chant now.

It calls or addresses Hari, Rāma and Kṛṣṇa.
