Practice saying ta.

Tat which means that, is used to indicate the brahman in the upaniṣads. That’s why I have given the declension of the tat śabda. One can practice the takāra as well as put oneself in mind of the brahman. As usual I have tried to select words that are used in the scriptures.

I have found that several people need help in the distinctions between t, ṭ, th and d. I have selected words that highlight the distinctions.

I begin with the upaniṣadika mahāvākyam तत् त्वम् असि. tat tvam asi. That you are.
